The doctor who asked the question is a constituent of this congressman.

The Right Guy said...: Even if a democrat is against Obama's plan, they risk losing party support if they come out against it. In the end they'd rather be supported in a reelection effort than do the right thing. They are more afraid of their party then they are of their constituency. Does the democrat party have that much power? Look at Kirsten Gillibrand's switch on gun control. Same deal. She want's the job more that having the courage of her convictions.; 8/09/2009 6:10 PM
