More on the costs of single parent families

Dr. Keith Ablow has this article on "the psychological impact of single parenting." My past research has looked at the dramatic increase in single parent families from the liberalization of abortion rules.

I failed to notice any mention of the monies that the States collect due to child support.

Abortion rights are only granted to women, and the father has absolutely no say in the matter. This is not equality, nor a fair application of law based solely on gender.

Courts cannot imprison an individual for debt, yet men are routinely locked up for non payment under the guise of Civil Contempt. Men are forced by the courts to obtain a job, or a second job in order to keep making money for the state. The monies collected are usually witheld from the mother in order to repay welfare costs that the state incurs. Forcing an individual to obtain a job or be imprisoned to pay a debt is known as peonage, and is strictly forbidden by federal law (USC 18, sec(s) 1581, 1583, 1584, 1589, 1590, 1591, or 1594 etc.). The aforementioned codes are violated by all of the Family Courts.

Im my personal experience, when the state provides food, money, and care for a single mother and child or children, provided only if the father is not in the home, this is the end result. If one aborts the child, one loses out on the 'Free ride'. Why work, when one can get a 'Entitlement'?

I have personally heard women say "I just need to have one more kid so I can make it to retirement".

Cause and effect...
